Why org-flat (not per-seat)
DevOps tools historically price per-org or per-build, not per-seat. The gate runs once per pull request regardless of how many reviewers, managers, or compliance officers read the result. Per-seat pricing would create friction in the buying conversation when the gate is consumed by every PR author. Aikido Security ($350/mo flat) is the closest market precedent.
