Service description

Clamper is a CI/CD compliance gate that scans pull requests and deployments, fingerprints findings against a per-branch baseline, classifies each finding as new, pre-existing, or resolved, and enforces a configurable policy. Compliance scope: WCAG 2.2 AA, EAA / EN 301 549, optional privacy + security ingest. The signed audit record is intended as evidence for EU AI Act Article 50, EAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 audits.

Acceptable use

• Scan only repositories or properties you own or are authorised to scan.
• Free tier (Open Source): unlimited builds for OSS public repositories on permissive licences.
• Free tier (Private): 1,000 builds/month, no commercial resale.
• Per-tier build limits and audit retention are documented on the pricing page.

License

The reference policy engine, GitHub Action wrapper, and CLI utilities are released under BSL 1.1 (Business Source License) and convert to Apache 2.0 after three years. Public schemas (the policy/v1.json JSON Schema and the audit-record schema) are Apache 2.0. The baseline classification engine, hierarchical policy resolver, exemption ledger, gradient enforcement curve, team-scoped rollback, and cloud control plane are proprietary. Filed-IP positions are disclosed for accredited-investor due diligence at ariada.ai/investors/legal.

Service-level commitment

Free tier and Team tier are provided "as is" without an SLA. Business tier targets 99.5% uptime. Enterprise tier targets 99.9% uptime with a contractual SLA.
